Hearings have begun this week in the Senate on Elena Kagan, President Obama’s nominee for the U S Supreme Court. But Kagan is unqualified, never serving as a judge and her past political involvement reveals a radical liberal ideology. 

An expose regarding Kagan’s years as a Dean at Harvard University reveals just how committed she has been to extremist homosexual demands.

During her hearings, Kagan has declared that the right to abortion must be protected, even as documents emerge that show Kagan manipulated scientific findings in an attempt to justify partial birth abortion.

It is very clear that Elena Kagan is a political activist, not a seasoned jurist. The Supreme Court should have experienced judges who have a proven loyalty to the Constitution.
