President Obama has nominated Elena Kagan, an unqualified far left radical, to the US Supreme Court. Now a game of hide the ball is being played to conceal just how liberal she really is, because the more we learn, the more ideological Kagan appears.

The Senate judiciary committee has requested documents Kagan wrote while working in the Clinton Administration’s justice department, but they refuse to hand over forty six thousand documents. Because Kagan has never been a judge, she has no published rulings and opinions to review, that’s why these documents are so critical. With her confirmation hearings only weeks away, it’s imperative these documents get to the Senate in time to be reviewed.

Kagan already has a forty seven percent unfavorable rating with the public, the strongest opposition of any recent nominee. We can stop this radical nominee to the Supreme Court, but we must act now. Kagan's Senate hearings are scheduled to take place at the end of this month.
