President Obama continues to support a radical anti-marriage agenda even though during his campaign he said he was against homosexual marriage. If appointed, Elana Kagan, the President’s recent nominee for the Supreme Court, will only further this radical agenda.

During Kagan’s time working with the Department of Justice under the Clinton administration, a brief was filed which declared that DOMA, the Defense of Marriage Act, was discriminatory. But all DOMA did was protect the rights of each state to define marriage.

If DOMA is repealed, it would force every state to legally recognize homosexual marriages performed in another state.

Already the Obama administration has worked hard to begin repealing this act. If the nomination of Kagan is successful, they will be one step closer to their goal. Help us fight this nomination of Elana Kagan, another Obama radical.
