Stop Activist Judge from Taking a Life-time Seat Print E-mail

United States Supreme CourtActivist judges are among the biggest threats to our constitutional liberties, including our freedom of religion. The Founding Fathers never intended the Courts to be used to advance an ideological agenda. But already activist judges have used the courts to transform the United States to a pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, secularized nation. Now liberal Supreme Court Justice, John Paul Stevens, has announced his retirement and President Obama is poised to appoint his second judge to the Court.

Last year Obama showed his true colors when he appointed a liberal and activist judge, Sonia Sotomayor, to the Supreme Court. We can’t stand by and allow another appointee on the Court who is not willing to be bound by the original intention of the Constitution.

TAKE ACTION:

 

Contact your Senators and tell them to oppose any appointee that is not committed to strictly applying the Constitution.

I do not beleive that there should be any appointments for life,unless
the people are allowed to vote on them. This is to important of a position for
it to be left up to the crooks in Washington.We are stuck with people that want
to make laws not enforce those of the constitution
