Every year World Magazine, a popular Christian publication, grants its Daniel of the Year Award to someone who has exemplified courage and perseverance in support of Biblical truth. This year’s winner is Dr. Stephen C. Meyer from the Discovery Institute.

Dr. Meyer’s latest book, Signature in the Cell, demonstrates how evolution cannot be true because a cell is too incredibly complex and the code that directs its functions is too wonderfully designed. Even the smallest living cell bears the unmistakable signature of an intelligent creator.

Dr. Meyer has courageously persevered through personal harassment and professional opposition, even while his opponents ignore the facts.
